Returns are accepted provided the product is unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and the purchase receipt. For claims relating to shipping damage or manufacturing defects, please report within 10 days of receipt with clear photos attached.
All Rawa bags come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for the original purchaser or gift recipient. A purchase receipt is required to activate the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear, cosmetic scratches, misuse, or damage caused by airlines or transport carriers.
