Tracking You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. If it hasn't moved for three days, email info@byrawa.com and we'll chase the carrier — that's faster than you doing it.
Who delivers The courior usually calls or messages before arriving.
Missed deliveries The courier makes 3 attempts. After that the parcel comes back to us and we'll email you to arrange a redelivery. A second delivery attempt after a returned parcel is charged at 15 SAR.
Wrong address We ship to exactly what's on the order. If you spot a mistake, email info@byrawa.com immediately — before dispatch we can fix it for free, after dispatch we can't.
Heat Sachets are stable and sealed, so summer transit doesn't harm them. If a carton arrives crushed or wet, send us a photo within 5 days and we'll replace it.
